1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from wavecrestsvs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all clients, whether you visit our studio in Chiayi or receive in-room private sessions.

2. Definitions

• "Services" refers to Thai massage sessions, bodywork, and related wellness offerings provided by wavecrestsvs
• "Client" or "You" refers to the individual receiving services
• "Practitioner" refers to the trained professional providing Thai massage services
• "Session" refers to a scheduled appointment for bodywork services
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions

3. Service Description

wavecrestsvs provides traditional Thai massage and bodywork services, including:

• Traditional Thai Bodywork sessions (60-90 minutes)
• Signature Wellness Journey (120-150 minutes)
• In-Room Private Sessions at client accommodation

Services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Minors under 18 may receive services only with parental or guardian consent and presence.

All services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

4. Booking and Scheduling

4.1 Making Reservations

4.2 Booking Confirmation

Reservations are considered confirmed once you receive verification via email or phone from wavecrestsvs. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for in-studio sessions and 48 hours for in-room private sessions.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

For in-room private sessions, at least 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling without fee.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Current service pricing is:

• Traditional Thai Bodywork: TWD 13,000
• Signature Wellness Journey: TWD 2,200
• In-Room Private Session: TWD 4,500

Prices are subject to change. Updated pricing will be communicated to clients in advance of booking.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5.3 Refund Policy

Services paid for but not received due to wavecrestsvs cancellation will be refunded in full or rescheduled at client preference. Refunds for client-initiated cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Health Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information during the pre-session consultation, including:

• Current or recent injuries
• Chronic health conditions that may affect bodywork
• Pregnancy
• Recent surgeries or medical procedures
• Any conditions that might require modified techniques

6.2 Communication During Sessions

You should communicate openly with practitioners about:

• Pressure levels and comfort throughout the session
• Areas requiring more or less attention
• Any discomfort or concern that arises

6.3 Arrival and Conduct

Please arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Late arrival may result in shortened session time. Professional and respectful conduct is expected from all clients.

7. Professional Standards and Conduct

wavecrestsvs maintains professional standards in all interactions. Our practitioners:

• Are trained in traditional Thai bodywork techniques
• Conduct sessions in a professional, respectful manner
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and draping
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality

Any inappropriate behavior by clients toward practitioners will result in immediate session termination without refund and may result in permanent service denial.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided for wellness and relaxation purposes. Thai massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. wavecrestsvs makes no claims regarding:

• Specific health outcomes or healing
• Treatment or cure of medical conditions
• Diagnosis of health issues

If you have specific health concerns, please consult appropriate medical professionals. Thai bodywork may complement but does not replace medical care.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Taiwan law:

• wavecrestsvs's total liability for any claims arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Practitioners exercise reasonable care and professional judgment, but outcomes vary by individual

This limitation applies except where prohibited by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of wavecrestsvs or used with permission. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without written permission
• Use our business name, branding, or materials for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

Information collected during consultations and sessions is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We maintain confidentiality of:

• Health information disclosed during consultations
• Personal contact details
• Session notes and preferences

12. Termination of Services

wavecrestsvs reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual for:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Inappropriate conduct or harassment
• Non-payment for services
• Providing false health information that poses safety concerns
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided shall be resolved through:

• Good faith discussion and negotiation as a first step
• Mediation if negotiation does not resolve the matter
• The courts of Chiayi, Taiwan, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold wavecrestsvs harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Modifications to Terms

wavecrestsvs may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When significant changes are made:

• Active clients may be notified via email
• Continued use of services after changes indicates acceptance
